Amelia is one of the three main available units from St. Gabriel Heights. It has a lot area of 157 square meters and a floor area of 50 square meters. Amelia has a yellow finish and a Mediterranean design and theme. The car port is located on the left side of the lot.

Sofia is another of the three main units offered at St. Gabriel Heights. It has a lot area of 162 square meters and a floor area of 65 square meters. It features a default pink outdoor finish and a variation of Amelia’s architectural design. The carport is located at the right side of the lot.

The two standard bedrooms are separated in the middle by the second toilet & bath, which can be used by everyone upstairs if they don’t feel like going down just to use the toilet or bathroom, this is especially helpful at night and offers a convenience when you’re too busy to go down the stairs.


Reina is the third of the three main housing units offered in Saint Gabriel Heights. It has the largest floor and lot area of 169 square meters and 189 square meters, respectively. It features a more spacious design and default beige outdoor finish and also follows the Mediterranean design of the first two units. Like Sofia, Reina also has its carport located at the right side of the lot.

Like Reina, it has a fully shaded porch at the front and a service area at the back. The second toilet & bath can also be found here, separating the Master’s bedroom and the other standard bedroom. The Master’s bedroom allows for another standard bed to fit inside, making it either a very spacious bedroom or a multi people bedroom.
